DESCRIPTION:The Purple Peaks Retreat is a restorative weekend designed for 
 adults ages 18+ living with epilepsy to connect\, recharge\, and build com
 munity in a supportive environment.\n\n\n\nHosted at YMCA of the Rockies S
 now Mountain Ranch in beautiful Granby Colorado\, this 3-day\, 2-night ret
 reat encourages participants to explore self-care\, gain confidence\, deve
 lop friendships\, and discover new ways to live well with epilepsy.\n\n\n\
 nThroughout the weekend\, attendees will participate in engaging and meani
 ngful activities focused on wellness\, connection\, and personal growth\, 
 including:\n\n\n\n 	\n\n 	Yoga and meditation\n\n\n\n\n\n 	\n\n 	Archery\n
 \n\n\n\n\n 	\n\n 	Art expression activities\n\n\n\n\n\n 	\n\n 	Community c
 onnection and peer support\n\n\n\n\n\n 	\n\n 	“Ask the Doc” sessions w
 ith an epileptologist\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPurple Peaks Retreat offers a welcomi
 ng space where adults living with epilepsy can share experiences\, learn f
 rom one another\, and leave feeling empowered\, supported\, and inspired.\
