Designed to build confidence\, friendship\, and independence\, campers enjoy a fun-filled weekend in the great outdoors while connecting with others who share similar experiences. \n\n\n\nHosted at Cal-Wood Education Center in Jamestown Colorado\, campers experience exciting activities\, outdoor adventures\, and supportive peer connections. DESCRIPTION:Purple Peaks Retreat \n\n\n\nMay 14–16\, 2027  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Purple Peaks Retreat is a restorative weekend designed for adults ages 18+ living with epilepsy to connect\, recharge\, and build community in a supportive environment. \n\n\n\nHosted at YMCA of the Rockies Snow Mountain Ranch in beautiful Granby Colorado\, this 3-day\, 2-night retreat encourages participants to explore self-care\, gain confidence\, develop friendships\, and discover new ways to live well with epilepsy. \n\n\n\nThroughout the weekend\, attendees will participate in engaging and meaningful activities focused on wellness\, connection\, and personal growth\, including: \n\n\n\n\nYoga and meditation \n\n\n\nArchery \n\n\n\nArt expression activities \n\n\n\nCommunity connection and peer support \n\n\n\n“Ask the Doc” sessions with an epileptologist \n\n\n\n\nPurple Peaks Retreat offers a welcoming space where adults living with epilepsy can share experiences\, learn from one another\, and leave feeling empowered\, supported\, and inspired. \n\n\n\nWe believe no one should face epilepsy alone — and Purple Peaks Retreat is an opportunity to build lasting connections while enjoying the beauty of the Colorado mountains. \n\n\n\nRegistration for Purple Peaks Retreat 2027 will open in Fall 2026.
