The Purple Peaks Retreat is a restorative weekend designed for adults ages 18+ living with epilepsy to connect, recharge, and build community in a supportive environment.
Hosted at YMCA of the Rockies Snow Mountain Ranch in beautiful Granby Colorado, this 3-day, 2-night retreat encourages participants to explore self-care, gain confidence, develop friendships, and discover new ways to live well with epilepsy.
Throughout the weekend, attendees will participate in engaging and meaningful activities focused on wellness, connection, and personal growth, including:
- Yoga and meditation
- Archery
- Art expression activities
- Community connection and peer support
- “Ask the Doc” sessions with an epileptologist
Purple Peaks Retreat offers a welcoming space where adults living with epilepsy can share experiences, learn from one another, and leave feeling empowered, supported, and inspired.
We believe no one should face epilepsy alone — and Purple Peaks Retreat is an opportunity to build lasting connections while enjoying the beauty of the Colorado mountains.
