Our Circle of Friends support groups provide educational and emotional support in a positive environment for people living with epilepsy and their families. They are led by trained volunteers who are dedicated to epilepsy support. To explore a leadership role, please email or call us at 303-377-9774 or 888-378-9779.

Many of our groups have moved to virtual meetings. Please contact the leaders to find out more information about meeting times and locations. We encourage any in-person meetings to follow all local and CDC guidelines to ensure participant safety.

Adult Online Support Group

We offer a virtual teen support group run by one of our young volunteers every third Thursday of the month from 6 -7. For more information contact Kylee at

Our Spanish speaking support group meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 6 pm. Email for more information.

Peer Support Program

This free 6-month program partners adult Mentors and adult Mentees. Mentors are often people who have lived with seizures for a while and who feel comfortable sharing their story. Mentees are usually fairly new to the impact of seizures community and are looking for guidance. This program is available to both those who are diagnosed with epilepsy and those with non-epileptic seizures. It is also open to caretakers of those with epilepsy.

Networking Groups

We CARE (Wyoming & Colorado Adults Redefining Epilepsy) is a group of adults living with or connected to epilepsy who support each other and the community through activities such as:

  • Social events
  • Raising awareness about epilepsy
  • Providing support by bringing programs and services directly to their neighborhoods, workplaces, and places of worship
  • Planning service activities
  • Advocacy
  • Promoting fundraising opportunities

Denver | Adult Surgery Group

Open to adults who are considering or have gone through surgery for epilepsy.
