Our virtual Circle of Friends support groups provide educational and emotional support in a positive environment for people living with epilepsy and their families. Adult Online Support Group

Meets virtually the first Thursday of every month at 7 pm. Contact Kent at kent@thefamilywatson.com for more information.

Young Adult Online Support Group

We offer a virtual young adult support group on the second Thursday of every month from 5:30-7 pm. For more information contact Shannon at shansantangelo@gmail.com.

Online Teen Support Group

We offer a virtual teen support group run by one of our young volunteers the third Saturday of every month from 4-5 pm. For more information contact Kylee at kyleelovato@gmail.com.

Online Spanish Speaking Support Group

Our Spanish speaking support group meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 6 pm. Email leigh@epilepsycowy.org for more information.

Online Parent Support Group

Our parent support group meets via Zoom the fourth Monday of each month at 6 pm. For more information and the link, please email parentsunite2023@gmail.com.

Young Adult Sibling Bereavement Group

Join the Young Adult Bereavement Virtual Support Group hosted by the Epilepsy Foundation of America. This group is for people ages 18-26 to connect with others who have experienced the same loss. The group meets monthly on the 3rd Tuesday at 7 PM EST. Register at https://bit.ly/3lEnBdd.

Peer Support Program

If you’re looking to share your story with someone who understands, or if you’re facing a specific hurdle and could benefit from connecting with a supportive individual, Larissa is here to help connect you with someone. Reach out to her at info@epilepsycoloradowyoming.org and take the first step towards finding understanding and support. 

Networking Groups

CAN is a leadership group for adults living with or connected to epilepsy who support each other and the community through planning and implementing projects in their local community such as

  • Social events
  • Raising awareness about epilepsy
  • Providing support by bringing programs and services directly to their neighborhoods, workplaces, and places of worship
  • Planning service activities
  • Advocacy
  • Promoting fundraising opportunities

Denver | Adult Surgery Group

Open to adults who are considering or have gone through surgery for epilepsy.
