Description:
Adults 18+ living with epilepsy will connect with others, explore aspects of self-care and learn more to feel and live better with epilepsy.
This 3-day, 2-night retreat at YMCA at Snow Mountain Ranch in Granby, Colorado supports and encourages young adults to build confidence, friendships, and life skills while living with epilepsy.
Activities include yoga, archery, art expression, meditation, and Ask the Doc with an epileptologist.
Early Bird Registration (Ends January 31): $125, Regular: $175
